I retested HeraHaven AI on July 31, 2026 because the app has become much more visual than the version described in my original review. I found realistic girlfriends, anime characters and boyfriends on the same homepage, separate romance and erotica scenarios, suggested chat replies, voice controls, an NSFW image generator and a picture-to-video option.
For this update, I chose Catalina, compared her romantic and explicit scenarios, opened the chat and generated a beach image from a prompt. My earlier test still matters for the longer-term conversation section, but I have rewritten the rest around the interface and prices I could verify now.

My quick HeraHaven AI verdict
HeraHaven is now easier to recommend for visual roleplay than for pure conversation. I still like the calm pacing and continuity I noticed in my first test, but the current product clearly pushes characters, scenarios, images and videos to the front.
What surprised me most was the structure. I did not have to write a long opening prompt and hope the AI understood the mood. Catalina already had separate Romance and Erotica menus with ready-made situations. That makes HeraHaven approachable, although it can also feel more scripted than a completely open roleplay tool.
| Area | What I tested or observed | My take |
|---|---|---|
| Character choice | Realistic girlfriends, anime characters and boyfriends | A broad catalogue with a very simple start |
| Roleplay | Separate Romance and Erotica scenario libraries | Fast and explicit, but more guided than freeform tools |
| Chat | Suggested replies, text input, voice playback, microphone and image request controls | Accessible and pleasant for ongoing exchanges |
| Images and video | Prompt-based NSFW generator and picture-to-video button | The most interesting part of the current app |
| Main limit | Luna credits are used for visual actions | The subscription price is not the full cost for heavy media use |
Signup and first minutes with the app
HeraHaven is a browser-based service. The public site asks users to confirm that they are at least 18 or the age of majority in their jurisdiction before entering. I did not find a native mobile app during this retest, but the web interface is designed to work from a browser.
The first screen is direct: Girlfriend, Anime and Boyfriend sit at the top, while Explore, Generator, Chat, Saved and Videos remain visible in the side menu. I find that clearer than apps that hide every feature behind a chat window. It also makes HeraHaven’s priorities obvious before I type a message.

The realistic gallery mixes different settings and personalities rather than presenting near-identical portraits. Catalina appears in a spa setting, Rina in a more glamorous scene, Grace outdoors and Natasha in an urban background. I cannot judge a personality from a card, but the visual variety makes browsing less repetitive.

The anime side follows the same card system with different characters and scenarios. That matters if I want to switch style without rebuilding the whole experience. The public site also currently promotes custom character creation, but these captures focus on the ready-made catalogue I actually browsed.
Choosing Catalina and starting with a scenario
I selected Catalina because her profile offered the clearest comparison between soft romance and adult roleplay. The Romance tab contained situations such as helping with her spa, taking a casual relationship seriously, meeting at a party or arriving after hours. These are not just one-line greetings: each one establishes a relationship and gives the conversation a direction.

I like this approach when I want to start quickly. It removes the blank-page problem and makes it easy to test different relationship dynamics. The trade-off is that the app defines part of the story for me. A dedicated roleplay platform with lorebooks and advanced prompts offers more control, while HeraHaven prioritizes convenience.
The Erotica tab is much more direct. Its scenario descriptions openly reference sex, fetishes and explicit language. HeraHaven does not hide its adult positioning behind vague terms, and I prefer that clarity to an app that suddenly changes its content policy mid-conversation.

Chat quality, suggestions, voice and memory
After choosing the “Facial Treatment” scenario, the chat opened with Catalina’s first reply and two suggested responses. I could ignore those suggestions and type my own message. The composer also displayed a microphone and an image-request button, while Catalina’s message had a speaker icon for audio playback.

The suggestions make the first exchange effortless, but I would not use them all the time. They steer the tone strongly and can make the conversation feel like a visual novel. When I write my own messages, HeraHaven feels more personal.
In my earlier multi-session test, the AI remembered the tone, some details and the dynamic I had established. I could resume a conversation without rebuilding the context from zero. I am keeping that observation because it comes from my original hands-on use, but I would not turn it into a promise of perfect memory. Like most companion apps, HeraHaven can still simplify details and should never be treated as a factual adviser.
The response style is calmer than the most theatrical NSFW bots. That is a positive for longer chats. Intimacy develops according to the selected scenario and what I write instead of appearing randomly in every answer.
NSFW image generation: the current headline feature
The generator is where the new HeraHaven makes the most sense to me. I could choose an existing character or start a new one, enter a prompt and refine it through categories for action, view, clothing, scene and accessories. Visible shortcuts included standing, sitting, squatting, lying down, working out and swimming.

I used Catalina and asked for a long dress on a beach. The result kept the broad character concept and followed the scene well enough to be recognizable. I only generated the example shown here, so I am not claiming a measured consistency rate across dozens of pictures. What I can confirm is that the workflow is clear and the generated image can immediately become the source for a video.

The 200-Luna video price is important. HeraHaven Pro currently includes 500 Luna, so two actions at that displayed price would use 400 Luna. Credit costs can change, but this illustrates why I would look beyond the subscription headline if I planned to make videos regularly.
How NSFW HeraHaven really is
HeraHaven is openly NSFW. The app separates Romance and Erotica scenarios, labels the generator as NSFW, publishes an erotic image-generator page and includes explicit scenario text. This is not a mainstream chatbot with an occasional flirt mode.
At the same time, “uncensored” should not be read as “no rules.” The service has terms, moderation and content-removal processes. I would expect image restrictions around illegal or abusive material even when consensual adult fantasy is allowed. I also would not upload a real person’s face or identifying photos without clear rights and consent.
HeraHaven pricing and Luna credits in July 2026
HeraHaven lets me register and look around for free, but free access is a test rather than a complete long-term plan. The current subscription data used by HeraHaven showed two Pro billing options when I checked it:
| Option | Displayed price | Included Luna |
|---|---|---|
| HeraHaven Pro monthly | $19.95 per month | 500 Luna |
| HeraHaven Pro annual | $79.80 charged yearly, displayed as $6.65/month | 500 Luna |
The annual option displayed a 70% discount against $239.40. I treat that as a current offer, not a permanent price. The same live offer data advertised unlimited messaging, up to 25 created girls, up to 70 uncensored pictures and picture-to-video creation for Pro users.
Extra Luna packages were also listed at $10.95 for 200 Luna, $29.95 for 800, $49.95 for 1,600 and $99.95 for 3,600. Heavy image or video use can therefore cost more than the base subscription. Check the amount, renewal period and Luna balance on the final payment screen because pricing and credit costs can change.
Cancellation and refunds
HeraHaven’s cancellation policy, dated July 24, 2025, says a subscription can be cancelled with a full refund within 24 hours of payment if no more than 20 Luna have been spent. After 24 hours, cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period. Luna packages and cryptocurrency transactions are described as final and non-refundable.
Local mandatory consumer rights can still apply. This is practical information from the published policy, not legal advice.
Privacy and safety
The public site identifies the operator as Vilala Limited in Nicosia, Cyprus, and says all site content is AI-generated. HeraHaven also claims that conversations are confidential and protected with encryption. That is the company’s statement, not the result of an independent security audit.
I would still use a unique password and a separate email, avoid sharing my real address, employer, payment details or intimate identifying information in chat, and remember that generated characters are not real people. The chat itself displays a useful warning that its answers are fictional and should not be relied on as fact or advice.
HeraHaven is for adults. I would not use it on a shared or work device, and I would review the privacy policy and terms before uploading personal material.
What I like and what I would improve
Pros
- Realistic girlfriends, anime characters and boyfriends in one interface
- Romance and Erotica scenario libraries make roleplay easy to start
- Calmer chat pacing than many aggressively theatrical NSFW bots
- Suggested replies can be ignored in favour of free text
- Voice playback, microphone and image-request controls are visible in chat
- The image generator combines prompts with useful guided choices
- Generated pictures can be turned into videos
Cons
- Ready-made scenarios can feel more scripted than open roleplay
- The English-only interface is less comfortable for French speakers
- Visual actions use Luna on top of the subscription model
- A 200-Luna video can consume the included balance quickly
- The annual discount is aggressive and should not be mistaken for a permanent price
- Company privacy claims are not a substitute for careful handling of personal data
Alternatives I would compare with HeraHaven
If I wanted a polished all-rounder with stronger emphasis on voice, I would compare HeraHaven with Candy AI. My OurDream AI review is more relevant if a social feed and broader roleplay system matter to me. Kupid AI is the closer alternative for a detailed visual character builder with photos and videos.
HeraHaven AI FAQ
Is HeraHaven AI free?
It is free to register and test, but the free access is limited. Pro and Luna credits are needed for sustained use of premium chat and visual features.
How much does HeraHaven cost?
In July 2026, the live offer data showed $19.95 for a monthly Pro subscription or $79.80 billed annually, displayed as $6.65 per month. Both options listed 500 Luna. Prices and promotions can change.
Does HeraHaven generate NSFW images?
Yes. I tested the NSFW image generator with Catalina and a beach prompt. It supports guided choices for action, view, clothing, scene and accessories in addition to free text.
Can HeraHaven create videos?
Yes. The generated picture in my test displayed a “Create Video” button costing 200 Luna at that moment.
Does HeraHaven offer voice?
Yes. The chat displayed audio playback for Catalina’s message and a microphone in the message composer. I did not run a controlled comparison of voice quality in this pass.
Is HeraHaven safe and private?
HeraHaven publishes privacy, terms, cancellation and content-removal policies and claims confidential, encrypted conversations. I would still avoid sharing sensitive personal information and use a unique password. It is an adults-only service.
My final verdict
HeraHaven has become a convincing image-first adult companion app. I like how quickly I can move from a character card to a defined scenario, chat, generated picture and video option. Catalina’s Romance and Erotica menus make the tone clear, while the suggestions and voice controls lower the barrier for anyone new to AI roleplay.
I would recommend trying the free access if visual roleplay matters more to you than advanced prompt engineering. I would be more cautious if your priority is unlimited media or complete control over a character’s lore. The Pro price is easy to understand, but Luna is the real budget constraint. Check the current credit cost before subscribing, keep personal data out of the chat, and treat the annual discount as an offer that may change.
